The pilot centers around Nathaniel McDaniel booking a role as a paraplegic character. Think Daniel Day-Lewis in my left foot. His wife Claire is trying to maintain her baking business and deal with Nate and his acting process. Her mother flies in from Korea and has some news that will add to the chaos.
