I am [not] a Victim of Ambition

A person works, works, works, gets to the top, then dies-or so the characters in this film believe. A group of friends find refuge from ambition-which they view as futile and unrewarding-through drug experimentation. But soon the same boredom and futility they sought to escape finds them. So, they create a game, a fight to euphoria, in which they compete to get a better and better high through experimentation and their drug use manifests as the ambition they feared. Whoever gets this high wins, which will end, inevitably, in death-just as in the lives of the ambitious.
