Mary Black, an agoraphobic woman, returns to her home after the murder of her family, struggling to rebuild her life. Two years later, unknown to her psychiatrist, Mary decides that it is time to live her life without medication. As Mary becomes more aware of her surroundings, and the world around her, she begins to realize that she is not alone in her house.
