Philip "Hawk" Hawkins doesn't just dream about busting terrorists... he eats, sleeps and breathes it. Heck, sometimes he even tortures folks over it, all in the name of gathering intel, of course. It's what ruined his life-long dream of becoming a top NCIS investigator, got him kicked out of the Army and led to his current station in life... working as a night security guard in some crappy office park in the middle of nowhere. Just when it looks like all his options in life have expired and he might just die of boredom, low and behold, a SLEEPER CELL suddenly materializes on his watch and of course... Nobody believes him! His back against the wall and out of options, Hawk is forced to take matters into his own hands, enlisting the help of a dimwitted janitor and a self-proclaimed ex-spy to join him on his misguided quest to heroically save America in a world where not everything is always as it seems.
