An Iranian film maker (Bahman) is making a documentary in the UK about a British war veteran from the Iraq war. Bahman falls in love with his Editor (Kate) who lives with her son (Elliot). Bahman's wife (Neda) confronts Kate. Bahman has applied for political asylum while Neda is missing her family and culture back in Iran.
