After failing to pay his portion of rent, Dave Meeks is drafted into his roommate Joe's world of petty crime and drug dealing. Even working together, the two men discover that in order to make ends meet, bigger scores need to be made. One night, Dave and Joe cross paths with a teen idol from the 90's who makes Dave and offer he can't refuse and Joe an offer he must refuse.
