Jack is an ex-CIA who is on the run. He is on the run due to a conflict of interest on an assignment that he is forced to miss his daughter's graduation which he turned down. Raquel is deaf and she has not heard from him for sometime until she receives a surprise call from his dad where he asks her for help. A conflict of interest due to an assassination plot against a tribal council or the chief or both. He is ordered to supervise the operation which he objects. So with the operation given a "go-ahead", he has to find a way to create an intervention to prevent from assassination plot from happening. A strong and young well trained CIA operative/analyst, Bradley, has been assigned to track down Jack but he faces an obstacle. He is "soon to be married" to Raquel and he has to choose whether to loyal to the CIA or for his love of Raquel by helping Jack to get his reputation cleared.
