America, Land of the Free?

Mr. McCloud is concerned about the response time of the police department and sheriff. After discussing the situation with his staff, he decides to certify them with a conceal and carry certificate and training with use of Deadly Force. Coach St. Clair (played by newcomer Jason Connell) a former Marine Segeant takes on the task of training the staff. Mr. McCloud has hurtles to jump before he gets the green light from the super-intendant of schools. The training comes just in time to prevent a mass killing.
