A documentary over the course of 10 years about MMA, UFC and other organizations. The film focuses on a fighter who is struggling between winning his title back, and being there for his father who is dying of cancer. This documentary is a very raw uncensored microscopic look into the life of a fighter; it has three deaths and two births.
