The Scholarship

Elizabeth wins a research scholarship to a strange floating laboratory built from the same steel as the Titanic and the Britannia, the latter a floating hospital for the criminally insane, scuttled by its inmates in World War One. When she subverts her already-illegal neurological research in order to prove to herself that she is not responsible for her parents' deaths 15 years before, she finds herself fighting for her life.
